How do I place an order?

You can place an order in three ways:
1. Website: Browse restaurants, add items to your cart, and checkout. 2. WhatsApp: Message us at +1 825-859-2990 and our bot will guide you through ordering. 3. Phone: Call us and we'll place the order for you.

Can I schedule an order for later?

Yes! During checkout, select "Schedule for Later" and choose your preferred date and time. You can schedule orders up to 7 days in advance.
How do I use a promo code?

Enter your promo code in the "Promo Code" field during checkout. The discount will be applied automatically to your order total. Promo codes are case-insensitive.
How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by restaurant and distance, typically 25-45 minutes. You'll see the estimated delivery time before you place your order, and you can track your driver in real-time once they pick up your food.
Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is confirmed, you can track it in real-time on our Track Order page. You'll see when the restaurant starts preparing your food, when the driver picks it up, and watch them drive to your location on a live map.
What is the delivery fee?

FREE delivery within 3km! That's right - if you're within 3km of the restaurant, delivery is on us! Beyond 3km, a small distance-based fee applies (typically $2.99-$4.99). The exact fee is always shown before you place your order.
Do drivers keep their tips?

Yes, 100%! Unlike other platforms, LocalBites drivers keep every penny of their tips. We believe the people delivering your food deserve fair compensation. Tip generously knowing it goes directly to your driver.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Gift certificates can also be redeemed during checkout.
How do gift certificates work?

LocalBites gift certificates make great gifts! Purchase them online and the recipient gets a code they can use at checkout. Gift certificates never expire and can be used for multiple orders until the balance is used up.
Can I get a refund?

If there's an issue with your order (missing items, wrong items, quality concerns), contact us immediately via WhatsApp or through your order page. We'll work with the restaurant to make it right - whether that's a refund, credit, or replacement.
Do I need an account to order?

No! You can order as a guest with just your email and phone number. However, creating an account lets you save addresses, view order history, earn loyalty points, and reorder favorites quickly.
How do loyalty points work?

Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend. As you accumulate points, you level up through tiers (Bronze → Silver → Gold → Platinum) with increasing point multipliers. Redeem points for discounts on future orders!
How do I become a restaurant partner?

We'd love to have you! Visit our Partners to apply. We only charge 15% commission (vs. 30% from other apps), you keep your customer data, and you can use your own drivers. We'll get you set up within 24 hours.

How do I become a driver?

Visit our Drive page to apply. You'll need a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, a smartphone, and to pass a background check. Most drivers get approved within 48 hours!
How much can drivers earn?

Drivers earn a base pay per delivery plus 100% of tips. Most drivers earn $18-25/hour during peak times. You choose your own hours and can work as much or as little as you want.
